Our robust environmental management systems enable us to identify and address potential environmental risks and continuously improve our performance. We have an overarching Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, Sustainability (EHSS) policy, which drives our sustainability strategy. The policy is applicable to the entire Biocon Group and to external stakeholders.

All our manufacturing sites are certified for Energy Management System, under ISO 14001:2015. We also have a system of internal and external audits focused on environmental parameters.
